about:blocked problems on pc

Hi hope someone can help out
I had a bugs on my computer and have removed them with SUPERAntispyware.
Bugs were
Roguexpantivirus/resident x 3
roguepersonal security x 13
Adware tracking cookie x 116
IT removed al of them but now I have this really anoying red page that comes up when I open IE it says about:blocked in the address bar and says that the website is blocked and has been reported to as usafe bla bla bla. Anyhow I know it's a virus of somesort and would like help to get rid of the darn thing.
I think it was my 11yr old son who was on you tube and some pop ups came up!
Anyone out there who could help please

    Download Malwarebytes, install and then update, and then run a quick scan.
  • goto google.com then click tools>internet options and set your homepage to current (or wherever you like)

    ...as well as running mban as suggested above :D

    edit - you may have to press the Alt button to show the tools menu..
