Virgin wines

I ordered wine on May 28th and it still hasn't been delivered. I have sent them a few emails which they have either not replied to or taken days to respond. Last Tuesday I got an email saying they were going to reorder my wine but it still hasn't arrived.
Normally I would tell them to forget it and ask for a refund but I used a voucher from Smile worth £51. I feel stuck. I may be shooting myself in the foot as I won't ring their 0870 number as I don't want to pay money to resolve a problem of their making.
Has anyone else had problems?

Hi,
I have never had any problems with Virgin Wines and they are always quick to resolve problems via email or phone usually.
Try this alternative number to the 0870 one you have: 01603 886699, I found it on saynoto0870.com and it is the one I always use. If you are on one of the packages where you get your calls free at some point it shouldn't cost you.
Good luck and hope it helps.0 -
Thanks for the number Chris. I phoned Virgin Wines and they were great. They're refunding the cost of wine so I can have it as a freebie.
The delivery company told them that I had sent the wine back as it was damaged, which was a lie - I never received any wine.
Anyway, fair play to Virgin. They left me feeling pretty pleased. I might even use them again!Stercus accidit0
