I think you should up your payments to £20 per week to get rid of the debit/debt & cover your usage over the next year and expect (assuming no price changes) to be paying £60 per month thereafter for your actual usage.

I doubt you will qualify for the highest discount scheme for Essentials, from my understanding, it's a combination of income/usage and benefits that decide what assistance you can get.
