Numbers that begin in 0207 are from Central London landlines, 0208 is for landlines in outer London. No necessarily sinister.0

Hi Jojo - if you take out the 28 & change it to 00 as would be possibly the main switch fo a company & then all the numbers after would be 01, 02 etc it is an investment company - might be wrong though but I used to work on a switchboard & still use this trick if holding on for ages to get through to a company - I just go a number or 2 up(or 9 if big company) & usually get directly through to a real person0
