son as just picked up the phone asking for his dad ,wouldnt let me take the call im his wife lol.so just wondered if my hubby as won a comp or if its just a scam call when i tried to return call just gos to an enaged tone

I dont think you have to worry that this was a comp win, Ive had several calls from 0207 numbers, think one of them was something about newspaper subscription but cant quite remember and the others I have just ignored.

ps if you google the number you will see it comes up on phone call reports lists.

well i dont want to get your hopes up but someone did miss a 0207 no and it was itv!! probably not though but just in case!!

If you get a missed call you can type the number into google and find out who it is in most cases. theres a site called who calls me?

Don't think it's ITV comps - It's not the number I have for them. Hope it's something good though.

well if it was an engaged tone its cost you nothing, so i would try n try again until you get through as it could well be an itv comp

see the OP here - they too had a similar 0207 call - perhaps PM the OP and she might share/confirm with you the full number

tried searching the number couldnt find anything so i rang them and couldnt understand him ha (bad ears) trying ringing again

thanks guys i tried ringing back he just said hello im so and so lol didnt say company name so i put phone down dont think its win if so they probably will ring back

I would ring back and just ask the Company name - nothing to lose - you dont have to say who you are. (and before you key in their number precede it with 141 and he wont have your number).
