I have had a letter from my housing authority stating the increase to 9.22p and noticed they don't state that there is a lower tier or standing charge!?!?

Surely there has to be something wrong here?!

It's just knowing who the right people to contact are I guess?

Not having a lindline phone is also a pain or I would be ringing everyone for advice! lol

Well, I have managed to get an appointment for switch 2 to come out and check the rates are right on my meter and the system is generally workin ok.

It was suggested on the phone, that maybe an additional radiator in the living room will help things. Which is what I have suspected.

I have also had a word with the legal department at my housing authority about the fact I am not able (allowed) to change my Gas supplier. I am hoping they will let me change, as looking on comparisons for my area and rate it seems I am paying Treble some company's rates!?!?!

Gotta be worth a try I guess?!?!
