The student beans offer is only when you've made your first payment so that would make it £16.01 if you chose the £3.99 package.

Mine was sent yesterday but didn't show up today, although I haven't had any mail this week so might be due to snow.

I signed up last night, chose 10 dvds in my rental list - then this morning it declined??? Not sure whether to bother waiting for the response to my ticket if its going to take up to 60 days:mad:

I have had loads of free trials with Lovefilm... a nearly unbroken run of over two years at one point... never had a problem cancelling though it had to be done on the phone. Occasionally I'd forget to sort it out on time but I just chalked it up as a minor loss compared to all the free game and dvd rentals I'd had.

I have to say that although it was available, I never tried to combine the free trial with Quidco - at the time I don't think it worked for anyone.

As mentioned above always empty your selections list a week before your trial expires - if there's nothing in it they can't send you anything to delay the process when you want to cancel.

As to their service - I found them to be pretty reliable on the whole with discs in reasonable condition. It's been a little while but I might just give it another go.

When i did lovefilm it tracked 3 times and declined twice no idea why but it did pay out.
If it doesn't track again, just raise a ticket

that seems unfair as you have fulfilled your side of the 'deal' , raise a query with quidco as previous poster has advised

Received my first DVD, sent it back saturday and they received it today. I'll cancel tonight or later, not sure if I can be bothered to ring them. Quidco still says tracked so all seems ok!

Well it's probably advisable. The point of deleting everything from your list is so that they can't send out another title and possibly delay you cancelling and having to pay for a months rental
