    Heya people. I will:
    -Check bank and savings account
-Go to the shop and only buy what I need (basically cup-a-soups for uni and some fruit and salady veggie bits) - so an NSD (allowed spending)
-Pop change in sealed tin - it's not been going long and it's getting heavy - am worried for when it's full!
-Start looking at booking a hotel for September and Muse.
    ** Total debt: £6950.82 ± May NSDs 1/10 **
    ** Fat Bum Shrinking: -7/56lbs **
    **SPC 2012 #1498 -£152 and 1499 ***
I do it all because I'm scared.

  • hello all

thawing out here and eventually decided I was goign to stop being lazy and dug the car out yesterday Woo Hoo Feel very happy to have it back. I really dislike the bus and not having that private relaxing time in the car before and after work.

Was at a course on Saturday and whilst I paid for it, there was loads of left over food so took some home. Its done 3 meals for me and dd over weekend!!

Yesterday I also updated my spreadsheets including all receipts and am delighted that spending is well under the budgeted amounts. Using loads more electric and gas in all this cold weather than had planned so its just as well really.

    Today
    - breakfast at home
    - brought sarnie and yoghurt from home with me for lunch
    - treats are xmas biscuits at work
    - tea will be free as at a meeting
    - dont go home inbetween work and meeting at 7 saving petrol and I can work extra hard ( or rather, make up for surfing time during day!)
    - considering giving up one of my current OU courses - am just hating it and think it is extremely badly put together.....email tutor re implications of me getting funding for future courses if I give this up
    - check banking - nothing changed but its a habit now ;)
    - charge mobile at work
    - catch up with friends on networking sites and email during lunch hour

It think thats all I can really think of at the moment.

Hi everyone, happy Monday. Today I:

    1) Went to work
    2) All meals from stores. Have lovely big potatoes baking in the oven, mmmm.
    3) NSD - yay!
    4) Checked banking, CCs, Quidco and did SC.
    5) I have been asked what I want for my bday next week so have been thinking up ideas for things that will save me money throughout the year.
    6) Attempted some surveys.
    7) Hand delivered some thankyou notes to save postage.

Not much else DFW, I'm afraid. OH is off out tonight so I am looking forward to some girly time with B, once T is in bed. I am hoping to train her up in Scrabble as OH won't play me anymore cos I beat him. :p

    Enjoy your evening, L x

    Afternoon all!
At last my school is open and I've been to work! Sounds odd to a lot of you I'm sure but you really can have too much of a good thing - I really needed something to think about and DO!

    Today's small list...
    • LSD - just a can of pop for work break
    • Checked banks - student money is in:T - been very good and only left this month's in the account and moved half of the rest to a "holding " account and the other half to a savings account where I'm hoping it will stay - just in case I can't get a job straightaway after teacher training
    • Walk dog x3 for free exercise (more of a trudge in the sludge now)
    • Make curry for tea with left over quorn roast
    • Stay in and watch soaps and have a bath
    • Do a little bit of uni work
    • Put dry washing away
    • STICK TO DIET - doing ok so far
That's all I can think of for today....
