We bought a 3 piece suite and took delivery mid october 2009,the arm covers are held in place with velcro and this has been rubbing on the seat cushions causing them to fray at the side.They are coming out today to inspect and hopefully correct the problem.It cost over 2K reduced from just under 3K so it wasn't cheap.Any experiences with this company as i'm worried they will try and fob me off.
