SP wanted me to reduce my monthly payment. I said NO

How many people will be caught out. I have a nice surplus with sp but it means that I can enjoy winter heating. I pay £65 per month. I got the letter last week giving me a new monthly rate of £35. I mean how ridiculous is that. My surplus isn`t overly large but is like a safety net for me. £35 would mean that I would owe rather a lot by next october and the consequences to next years dd would be a HUGE amount per month
No probs though as I rang them and it now remains at £65. Just don`t get caught out
