in my kitchen. everything needs to be done top to bottom . What do I start with

Are we complete strip out floor, plaster work electrics ect. or just new cabinet tile if you want it.
If a complete then first fit eleci and water pipes and gas,
then plaster,
then units,
then tiles
then final fit for eleci.

Finishing stuff.
