    Hi Atlantis

I'm 'sorry' to say it was because I was an existing customer. I had an ISA with them - only about £4k. The funny thing is I got the letter offering me the incentive as I was in the process of moving it out of their lousyrateaccount. I had to move fast because having an existing account seemed to be important to them and they checked it. I also had to take a copy of the offer letter with me as initially the branch didn't believe that I'd been offered £150

Don't know what to suggest - there was no Code or such that I can pass on to you

    Sorry I can't help
