Hiya.
As per title really, looking at booking the Sun Holidays £9.50 break over on the Isle of Wight so I'm after any recommendations for holiday parks. Will be taking a 5 year old and a 3 year old.
Had a bad break with Park Resorts in the past and swore that they would never get another penny from me so you can ignore those two.
Many thanks in advance...
This is the list of parks:
148The Orchards
149Park Resorts Thorness Bay
150Gurnard Pines Resort
151Rookley Country Park
152Appuldurcombe Gardens
153Park Resorts Lower Hyde
154Park Resorts Landguard
155Fairway Holiday Park
156Fort Holiday Park
157Whitecliff Bay
158Park Resorts Nodes Point

Hi i used to live on the I.O.W, if you have a car (157) Whitecliff bay would be a good choice. It has everything for kids and addulty. There is an out andf indoor pool and a good activity programme. Its right on the beach ( a small walk down the cliff). There is a good bus service, and everything is on the door step, but like anywhere a car would make things easer. Altho i lived there (Sandown), when ever my family came down thay would stay there, and so would we.0

Hi, realise you have had a negative experience with park resorts but just to let you know we went to Landguard last year and it was one of the loveliest sites we have ever stayed on and had the friendliest people I have met on any holiday park.
The sandown/shanklin area is really friendly and you are very close to attractions such as Dinosaur Isle0 -
Whitecliff is good and in the evenings the rabbits sometimes with the baby bunnies come out just beyond the clubhouse when you head toward the beach0
