A while back there were threads for each of the main credit cards/providers. What happened? Are we allowed to start new official threads?

Have you actually taken the time to look through this thread?

When dealing with the CSA its important to note that it is commonly accepted as unfit for purpose, and by default this also means the staff are unfit for purpose.
