Yes exactly right ,thats the right thing to say.
We have just gone through 9 weeks and due to exchange tomorrow with all solicitors finally talking and agreeing to dates and deposit monies. The bottom buyer agreed with his solicitor at 3pm today to sort the monies as he was off on holiday and by 3.30pm he had pulled out for health reasons. We'd have all wanted to have known this 5 weeks ago rather than getting to exchange. If he is threatening now then I would consider marketing the property again. You want a buyer who wants it come what may.0 -

Its a hard one to call, it all depends on whether you trust this buyer to go along now and pull out further down the line or not??? We were told the average house sale takes between 8-12 weeks and if its only been 2 weeks since he's got his mortgage doesn't seem that he is being reasonable. If it had been going on 6 weeks then I would start chasing, like we have been last few weeks.
You have to speak to your agents and solicitors really to see what they advise.0
