BR process - Time frames in manchester courts

  • Hi,

I went BR at Manchester about two years ago. At that time they were using an appointment system and if I remember correctly I waited about 10 days for the appointment. Once I got there everyone was very friendly and helpful. It was all done in about two hours, including five minutes with the judge, a brief phone chat with the OR's office and time spent having a coffee while my paperwork was typed up.

I don't think that you should have any problems with it, but they will want to know that you've taken advice from one of the debt charities.

    Best of luck.
