hi all,
In ppls experience, after they have submitted the forms, how long does the process take? Im in manchester so anyone from there with experience would be good
PS
When i mean 'process' i mean the time it takes from submiting the forms, to be declared a BR
Thanks

As any court you either book an appt or turm up on the day with your forms....once the forms are handed to the court thats it your usually declared BR on the same day

hey there, thanks for all the replies, really helpfull. One other thing, i remember seeing somewhere online about the average amounts that are used as a guide when filling in the monthly expenditure?
How have ppl filled this part in? My problem is that i have been living an an extremely low amount of money, so things i would normally buy i,e dry cleaning, dentists ( i have good teeth though thank god!), etc etc i havent been so if they ask me to prove this expenditre, im not going to be able too?
Not sure if that makes sense0 -
How they work it is if you go BR you can not get any credit
so they have to take into account everything that you need to live
someone will put the link up in a min for you (i've got it somewhere but can't find it)Total Weight Loss - 28lb and countingAD 17/11/20100 -
ah ok. So its ok if, going back to that example before, I found somewhere the average amount for a single person for food costs was £193 per month i think??? or someting like that? so if i put that its fine, and if its more, i would need to give a reason?0
