Balance Transfer Help

I have a bank of scotland one credit card with about £2k on it and desperately need to transfer it to a better deal as my interest is quite high. I really liked the sound of the intelligent finance lifetime balance rate but as its a bank of scotland card that i have i cant transfer the balance to it so not sure what to do next... really dont want to pay a BT fee is there any other similar offers out there?
