Patch Issued For Microsoft WGA Update

Microsoft have issued a patch for WGA that will stop it phoning home every day. They have also issued an advisory to disable or delete this bit of dogs doodah. Very nice of them to finally put right their own mess! (At least on this issue)

Yes, this particular piece of software simply phones home to tell MS wether or not you are using a dodgy copy of windows. It is not vital to the running of your pc or the obtaining of updates.....
