My PC fan is constantly on & is driving me mad !
The room temp is not high. I was wondering if any programs are causing this.
Any help would be much appreciated.

My pc fan is also always on.I thought that was normal.0

PC fans are always on when the pc is on, they can be turned off or you can alter speeds by using a fan controller(usually uses 3 fans) which slots in a CD drive bay. Altrernatively some new mobos allow you to control fan speed from the pc in windows or auto adjust the fan.
