TFL Tube Ticket Refund

We were delayed travelling to Heathrow Airport late last month (22/12) on the tube and wanted to make a claim via their on line refund form. However it states you need to make a claim within 14 days of the delay.

It is now more than 14 days and the on line form does not accept our travel dates.

Does anyone know how we can submit our claim form or are we simply too late?

I think you need to talk or (preferably) write to TfL for an answer to your question.

Throughout their websites they mention the fourteen day time limit.

If you want to try and send a claim in anyway, you could print their form, fill it in and post it to them. Print the form from here.
Of course, the printed form also mentions that 14 day limit though.

i think you are going to be out of luck on this one.... needed to be within 14 days.... its been that way on the tube for years
