different part of london i know but they have a conservatory and beautiful garden each is £75 per hour plus VAT and conservatory is ok for ceremony for 30 people. otherwise get married in local register and then go there afterwards for a little party. lady is very helpful and an afternoon tea is only £13.50 per person so very well priced. I am not in London but still seriously tempted by this place as I think its really really lovely for a small celebration and 90% of the places I have contacted have been rubbish and yet this place is really helpful
