Asda have taken all my money despite the orders bein cancelled please help!

Im a student and had some home delivery orders cancelled due to the bad weather each time i was told to make a new order.
asda have taken the money from my account and are "holding it" despite it being cancelled

i have spoken to both my bank and asda on numerous occaisions both are blaming the other saying it is the other that is supposed to realease the money back into my account
the orders were for tues and thurs so surely the money from atleast tues wud have been realesed into my account before the weekend.

im now left with absoloutly no money in my bank, no cash in my purse as i found out about this whilst trying to withdraw money.

im soon to go overdrawn when the 3rd order i made gets taken out. i dont have an overdraft as i have just turned 18 and havnt changed my account yet so im screwed!

i really have no idea what to do my bank have said to go to the citizens advice beuro which im going to do on monday! if i can get money for a bus!

please help if you can i know this posts probs a bit messy confusin n all over the place but iv no idea what to do!

i'd like to think people have the decency not to do that! as surely they understand that it would be a worrying and stressfull situation to be in! but sadly i know thats not the case!
