Is it possible to transfer balance from a prepad mastercard?
I am a Moneybookers VIP and have a prepaid master card issued by Moneybookers. I can use the card if there is credit in my moneybookers account.
If a credit card company, say barclayard, offers 12month 0% £4000, can the prepaid card get the money? Then I can withdraw the balance from Moneybookers to my bank account for £1.64 per transaction.
