Contact address for eBay and Paypal?

Hi,

I've been chasing a refund for a fraudulent transaction on eBay/Paypal since August. Every time I call, I am immediately told that they can see I am due the refund, but so far have only managed to issue part of it to me. Same story every time I ring - they will do the refund in the next few days. Then nothing happens.

Really fed up now, it's been 5 months :mad: So I've drafted a letter, which I wanted to send via Recorded Delivery to get things down in writing a bit more formally.

Problem is I can't find where to send it to. I want to send to both eBay and Paypal, as although it's a Paypal refund, it was eBay customer services that I've been dealing with. Cannot find any address details at all on Paypal's website. On eBay, I can find the following, but was hoping for a UK mailing address:

eBay Europe S.à r.l.
22-24 Boulevard Royal
L-2449 Luxembourg
Company number: R.C.S. Luxembourg B.120781

Sorry to bump but not sure what else to do as I can't find anything elsewhere still. My letter is sat in the envelope with nowhere to go....please can anyone help? Many thanks.

You could try - PayPal Complaints Dept, Whittaker House, Whittaker Avenue, Richmond, Surrey, TW9 1EH

I find it amazing...one of the main things to check for on a 'legitimate' website is the presence of a contact address and telephone number. Yet eBay and Paypal seem to make these impossible to get hold of

Hi,

Paypal appear to have imposed a sending limit on my Paypal account, despite the account activity in the last year being less than 10% of the annual sending limit.

Tried calling them on the 0870 number, man at other end obviously reading from a script and contradicting himself.

Tried the email route, auto responder with irrelevant and incorrect information and suggesting that I phone them...

I have spent nearly an hour looking at the iwassuspendedfromebay link posted by Confused90 above, however I can't see any non auto-responder email address.

Would anyone be able to help please.

Usually you only need to verify your account, have you checked the front page when you log in to see what you need to do? It's usually somehting simple like add a card.
