Problems with Doro Neo Bio home phone

I have had a Doro Neo Bio home phone for a year. The guarantee expires tomorrow! The phones consist of 3 phones plus base. Just recently the handset which is on the base has started cutting off midway during a call. The phone flashes 'searching'. This continues for about five minutes. I think one of the other handsets does it as well. I have not had any problems with any of the phones for nearly a year. The line seems okay, the internet connection works fine. Any ideas of what the problem is and how to correct it?

interferance between the base station and the hand set usualy starts happening when the rechargable batteries stop charging properly, that's right even re-chargable batteries conk out eventually.0

What can I do? Buy new batteries?0

As cooltt mentioned, I think it is the battery problem.0

yes take the back off and have a look which ones they are, sometimes you can get them from a shop (re-chargable) sometimes you have to get them from the manufacture.0

Thanks cooltt. I will have a look at the batteries and try and buy some more.0
