Im getting some advice from CAB. most creditors have accepted offers but i am now looking to get some money back for charges but I can not afford the £10 charge for each credit card comapny. As they know my financial situation can I ask them to provided them FOC or will they think I am having a laugh?
Any advice on how to get my previous charges without paying would help.

They have provided you with statements and all charges will be on them - no charge.
If you want to get copies then they can charge you £10 for this - what charges are you hoping to get back?
Have you now changed your lifestyle as not to have them in the first place?0
