Cheap hotel in London

I don't know where else to post but I want to take my boyfriend for a long weekend to London for his 60th birthday.

Any suggestions on a not too expensive hotel, preferably with a sauna? His birthday is in February.

One thing I would recommend, having been caught out like this myself several times, is to double check that the hotel does in fact have a sauna. Sometimes they used to but not any more, sometimes they just have a link to a local health club, sometimes the sauna's been broken for the last X months and is not likely to be mended any time soon ...
