Which is the best site for share dealing?
I want one that is a good price to deal of course but more importantly..
1. Keeps track of your shares online
2. full 52 week history of shares etc
3. texts or emails you on price changes (set amounts)
Selftrade anygood?
Thanks

I have been with Hoodless Brennan since the beginning of May. Whereas I haven't made any trades yet other then buying my first shares, the company charge (7.00 per trade, that is to buy and sell seperately, and also have a month's free trial where there are no trading charges. If you do your research well, and particularly for startup companies in well-growing sectors, you can actually make a bit of money without paying commission fees.
the hoodless brennan site is quite user friendly, they have up-to-date information on the latest share prices, and also have a good research section where you can view reports and updates on the progress of companies. Its also really easy to view your current share portfolio and past transactions. Loading of funds from credit/debit is quick as well - they use Worldpay for their transaction gateway which is very secure.
Customer Service, be it by e-mail or by phone is friendly and concise, in that business-like sort of way.
You might also look at champion Shares, although I've never been with them so can't tell you about them.
Oh, and I have no affiliation to Hoodless Brennen, not being paid for recommending them or earning money from it or anything like that, lolJust so you know
Also, as said elsewhere on this board, I'm no share dealing guru, so if any of the details here are wrong I apologise in advance for that.
Cheers and take care.

Hoodles Brennan seconded here. First month of trading free if my memory serves . Squaregain also are very good. A bit more pricey at £12 a trade compared to H B £7. Squaregain also give you a sign up bonus of £50 if you get referred and buy £500 of shares on account opening.
