Is it wise to do this whilst on a DMP with my 4 CC's?
Will they start to ask for higher payments and increase the interest charges again?
Thanks

My general understanding of this was that any successful claims would be set off against your current debt so you don't actually get a "refund".
In theory the DMP and a claim for charges are two separate things. You didn't enter into the DMP on the basis that you wouldn't attempt to claim back charges so I can't see the connection myself."A child of five could understand this. Fetch me a child of five." - Groucho Marx0 -
Just wondered if the CC's companies would get a bit shirty and start charging interest and adding charges to the accounts.0

If they have accepted the DMP - no unless you stop paying.
Personally I don't think they will entertain your claim but what do I know?0
