    Well hopefully good news guys!!!!
My buyers have had an offer on their property today and the guy is sorting mortgage and solicitors out now.
Can anyone believe this though, he went and viewed the property 7 times before putting his offer in!!!!!!
Hope he sorts out everything else with surveys and things a bit quicker than that. We're all still going to worry til exchange has happened but fingers crossed it'll work out in the end.

What's wrong with that when he's spending such vast amounts of money?

Happened to us over 6 years ago when the Property Market was going up and up daily...A real nightmare at the time because we lost 2 properties just before exchanging and where now in the catch 22 situation of being outpriced. We had told our buyers that if we lost ours then you could not have ours...sounds harsh but they where harsh buying and selling times then. We ended up with a better property and are very happy here ,so easy to put it past you in those circumstances.
    Good Luck to you

We hope that he really does want it if he saw it 7 times before making his mind up.I will have everything crossed until we exchange at least.
