Fake uggs? Australiauggboot.net

Options
Hi there

Anyone been stung by this joke of a company?

Please add your story here as Paypal have told me that if I can gather enough complaints they will investigate them!!

Company promised me a refund on one pair of boots over 11 days ago- not received!!

Pair of boots they did have in stock arrived yesterday- far worse quality than Primark boots- an absolute joke.

Paid out £147 to them via Paypal under the misguided assumption that this would offer me some protection? Paypal say not!! Only goods bought via ebay are covered?

Please add your stories

Paypal will only cover for an item not received off ebay

With your name I assume you are female.

Come on now lets get real, You never really thought u were going to get a genuine pair of ugg boots for the price involved. From your post it appears you have paid £150 or so for 2 pair of boots..

Now i know and i would believe most other people with a sensible head that you are not going to get real items.

Forget the paypal route they are a complete joke,

Lets hope you have paid using a credit card, If you have contact them advise them,

1- you have not recieved goods for the charge on your account.
2- you have recieved 1 item however its fake. They will advise you what is required to get a chargeback initiated

    All the best
  • Hi

Yes I got caught out as well by this site passing off as the original Ugg site and I am an experienced internet shopper. The prices of the boots are not under priced, they have been clever to show a high price and then give sale price. You don't even know you have been duped until you receive an email thanking you for your payment, then you see the Chinese writing and thats when I realised the boots were fakes. I did receive the boots and they are definately shoddy made counterfeit uggs.

I have sent a quite a few emails to the company and have had replys but they are making it very difficult for me to return the boots. So have put a complaint through Paypal. Paypal will not refund the cash but will investigate the company. I have also reported the site to the original Ugg site and have purchased some authentic Ugg boots from one of their registered sellers, which I am very pleased with.

Hope the site gets shut down soon!
