lloyds tsb platinum account help

Basically i signed up at the bank for the platinum account and it said that you get a 50 pound overdraft aswell.But i neva got that i have changed my account back to basic 1 again now but would that be a way of claiming the charges they put on my account while i had that account??

Their website says that you can get£250 interest-free planned overdraft** (subject to application and approval).
So if you didn't apply, and get it, then you don't get the overdraft. So you will still be liable for any charges.0 -
hmm ok thanks i got it over a year ago though she said it would be 50 pound overdraft owell doesent matter thanks anyways0

Platinum gives you an interest free overdraft of £250 subject to agreement.
It is the Silver/Select account that gives £50.0 -
Select gives you £50 interest free planned overdraft. (subject to status).
Silver gives you no interest free overdraft jonesMUFC0 -
Regardless of which accounts give different interest free arranged overdrafts, they are all subject to acceptance by Lloyds.
And if, as in this case, Lloyds decline to give an overdraft, then this part of the account does not apply, so the OP is still liable for any charges on the account.0
