Creative Zen Micro radio query

Hi People,
Just got the Creative Zen Micro yesterday and it is amazing. I am so happy that I got it. The only query is that with the radio I can't get good reception at work or at home.
I placed it out the window and it does pick up a signal but bring it back into the room and you can't hear the station (this is with the supplied headphones)
Does anyone know of any headphones that can pick up a good FM signal? indoors and out.

Hi - can't help you with the radio, but avoid upgrading to version 2 of the firmware as it is riddled with problems. ( see Creative discussion forums on creative homepages)0
