Sounds to me like you're sufferiing from anxiety attacks caused by stress.

A trip to your GP wouldn't come amiss.

Well done on your efforts to get out of debt.

I agree with the others you need to see your GP. I knwo the feeling about the money in bank. I have to have a round amount in bank every frifay after wages go in and bills come out, I always transfer at least £10 to car fund and if any odds in account it goes to some recent figures uasing my electron as it just mess's it up, I forgot to go to bank last week to lift housekeeping before I went to lidl, had to use my card for £18.10 then came home and put the other £1.90 into car fund.

Hubbys says I am obsessed, maybe I am. You are not alone just do not get angry at yourself, I ahve been at the stage of hitting myself and it does no good ( did it this afternoon for first time in ages ) Please get help. Your seen to be shpowing the signs of anxiety and stop punishing yourself please.

Hi Lazy & In Debt, Sounds like things are getting on top of you and when you're tired, brain whirring all the time it can soon become overwhelming. We all need to watch out & strike a balance by finding ways to relax the cheap way! I've just rejoined the library, am trying to be gentle on myself and accept its going to take a while (see my sig!) but will get there in the end! Do go and see your GP as you may be suffering stress/depression & better to get help & support before things get out of control. Have you got anyone close to you that you can talk to? Excercise can help and neednt cost a fortune...be kind to yourself & have a bit hug from me. ff
