Hi, hope someone can help, I'm without heat my boiler has packed in and really couldn't have happened at a worse time. Can anyone recommend someone in the Cwmbran area?

Hi Poppins
my boiler packed in just before xmas but mine was beyond repair. I live in Pontnewydd and had 2 brothers come and sort mine...well not sort it but replaced it with a brand new boiler and brought the whole house up to building regs for £1360.

They did it in a day, are Gas Safe registered and have guaranteed all the work for 12 months. They even gave us a tutorial on the best way to maximise your boiler, filled out all the forms for guarantees etc

Thanks Paul, I've managed to get someone to look at it the boiler but they had to order a part and I was expecting them to come back today but in Ty Canol and snowed in! Sods law eh! Hope we don't have anymore snow today, think this has to be the coldest day for me yet!

Apparently we had 10 inches of snow in Torfaen...the most in south wales. Typical for us as its all hilly around here. Never mind its gone now.

Hope they sort it out for you anyway
