  • awww i like it the way it was :( made me get on with selling but had a laugh along the way

just managed to sell £67 worth of stuff on ebay :)
  • Okay. since the consensus seems to be that this thread was coming to the point of getting too long anyway, I am now officially moving over to the unofficial thread ... sinceI haven't got a clone, I can't be in two places at once ...

I think it will be like it was.
I don't think the dribble thread will be without ideas. but it will continue to be mixed up with chat and moral support etc.
I don't think it is a chat only thread.

  • what is bingo's thread called now? I can't find it. I am on the chat one and it is a mix of chat and ideas so just like the first one!
  • Jeeez I don't read for a few hours and all hell breaks loose in here! I can see both sides of the argument, but the "dribble" was quite often funny reading and has gone some way to motivating me as I'm sure it has many others, purely owing to the positive vibes it's kicked up. C'mon people, let's not be ridiculous, meet in the middle or something?!

I'm on a bit of a roll this week. I just won another £50 on BB (:j), I withdrew £25 from Paddypower this afternoon and I've taken a whopping total of £7.05 on ebay. I emptied my big bottle of change out and put £50 in the bank yesterday.

I joined PP and Bingon through Quidco which is the first time I've used it and am hoping I will get the £20 from each in cashback. They both say pending though and I'm not sure if I've fulfilled the criteria for getting the cashback, but think I have. And I joined photobox through Quidco and got my colleague at work a lovely collage of his new granddaughter for £3 with (hopefully) £6 back on Quidco.

So adding to my total this week is £132.05 with a fingers crossed £46 from Quidco which I won't put on till I have it.

That's my best total so far - hope it doesn't come across as showing off, but I just couldn't wait to share it with someone. And you lot were it!!!

  • oh i think the boat has already sailed......it is stupid though just telling my partner about it and hes laughing....enough stuff to get in a twist about in the 'real' world, coming on here should be escapism in a way so don't see any need to get nasty or sarcastic or whatever, but as we are all different and it takes all sorts....should prob approach with a live and let live attitude, take what you want from whichever threads you want and hope to contribute somewhere and leave it there!

i am fine with the two threads too - it makes sense. They do the same on mystery shopping: one for chat and one for the serious business of ideas on how to make 10000 from 100.

Lets chat away cos its fun and supportive. Post ideas, etc, on the original thread?

I will dip into both. Looking forward to it.

Wow just caught up with the last few pages, and can't believe what I'm reading. I deliberately went out tonight after work just to prevent myself from spending too much time on the laptop - I get in each night and can't wait to get onto this thread, and what with following links from one place to another, before I know it it's time to go to bed!

I've really enjoyed being part of it, and have simply scrolled through the chat when I haven't had time to read it. It's pretty simple to do and I'm not sure why others don't feel they can do that also.

But anyway, I hope to keep up with both new threads, and thanks for starting it all off Bing0.

I'm sorry but I have to disagree, take the challenge seriously 'IF' you want it bad enough.......no one else is going to do it for you.
I hear this off lots of people in different walks of life, they always have an excuse for when things don't go to well.I feel I'm wasting my time sometimes.
Decide what you want, take it seriously,it's great lots of you have made friends and share what you're doing for tea.Personally, this is detracting from what this thread was about,if you want to get back and talk about the main ideas etc,etc....then great, but for the sake of many people who dont want to read dribble, please make your minds up !
(Please dont think I'm a killjoy,it's just boring reading all the trash )

Sorry if I offended you Bingo, but this is the first time I have ever felt comfortable enough to 'join in' but don't worry I won't ever again. I feel very upset about it indeed as I have just logged in from last night and the **** has hit the fan. Stuff you!
