Postal order is like a money order, take it to the post office and swap it for cash basically, I use them as I don't have a cheque book. cally - the doc gave my friend something that was a super duper cream for chapped feet. I've always used cheap cocoa butter - smarm it on and stick some socks on overnight - it heats the cream up and softens the feet.
But I dare say if you have suffered for some time you have probably tried this.
