One watcher on my perfume, :j
Is it cheeky if I just forget to go to the post office today. Just had such a bad day and the sprog (after screaming for most of the day)has finally settled down to sleep and I don't really want to move him. I think I may burst into tears if he started screaming in public atm.
I realise I sound like a bad mum but after the week I've had I just want to curl up and hibernate!
Gah, tomorrow has got to be a better day eh?0 -
Keeping everything crossed for you!!!!
Thank you! I don't even know if he finds out today but we have been speaking in Spanish all day, not bad considering when I woke up I didn't know any! Although I'm sure when we meet some Spanish friends later we will be doing it wrong :P
Still no bingo wins. Hopefully all my luck is being saved...a win would be nice though!Signature down for maintenance :rotfl:0 -

If I had 10,000 k in the bank now I wouldnt invest in bonds as interest in the bank would be greater. But my thinking is that I wont have 10,000k in the bank until 31st December 2010 ! So whilst the amounts I am dealing with are only in the hundreds, I will personally invest in premium bonds as the interest from a bank would be minimal. I might invest in premium bonds for the first 6 months, then transfer to a bank account when its a decent sum of money ! God I am hoping !
I know a few people with bonds and they seem to get a few £50 cheques. At the moment I am working my butt off for £5 profit so £50 through the door would be a jaffa cake and tea celebratory moment
With regards to the Wii, I havent thought of papers and shops !! I will do that this week. Thanks for suggestion.
The car is a pain in the bum. I had an offer on ebay, I was happy with it, but the guy never contacted me again. It was due to run out of MOT and I had loads of question about what it needed. I knew it was a good car, so I put it in for the MOT and it passed without needing anything. Now this is the bad bit - I then raised the price. It is £500 - £1000 below market value at a buy it now with best offer option. I have priced it at £1000 more than I wanted as normally you get stupid offers but I didnt even get these this time - not even an idiot offering £1 which I always get on best offers !! I think greed made me increase the price - after all it only cost me £50 for the MOT so if I was happy with the price before an MOT, I shouldnt really of increased the price. Need to weigh up what I want for it, and what its worth !! It is a rare car, so I have checked out the competition and no one seems to have sold theirs at the moment so perhaps I'll hang on a little ?
I sold my car but it was dirt cheap £400 with 6 months tax on it, I think if you are asking a few grand (and quite rightly so) leave it until next week when everyones been paid - January is such a dull long month!
Good Luck with it, have you tried Autotrader - maybe people would buy off of there rather than eBay or if it's rare what about an Owners club?8 years of being on a DMP finished 3/3/140 -
