Is there a European real estate fund?

Although I like to invest in shares and property directly Im also interested in a real estate fund that specialises in E European property. I firmly beleive places such as Germany, Estonia and Slovenia will substantially outperform UK property.
Ive seen the Standard Life Property fund but this includes a good deal of Brittish and American real estate which I beleive will not produce worthwhile growth in the next 5 - 10 years.
Any suggestions?

SWIP Euro real estate has been on my list since launch last year. It may not be an exact match for what you want but the UT/OEIC side is a little light on that front. ITs may offer a greater selection but as an IFA, I am not authorised to recommend ITs and therefore don't take much notice in what is/isnt available on that front.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
