debenhams black and ivory waterfall dresses

i saw these today and i really want them for my bridesmaid dresses! but they are in the sale reduced to £33 but the store i was in didnt have the sizes i wanted (12 & 14).
i asked at the counter if they could find out if they had them in any other scottish stores but they said they couldnt do it!
i got my dress for my sisters wedding a few years ago and they sourced my size in this way?
anyone know if they cannot do this any more or if it was just bad customer service?
ive fallen in love with these dresses, just my luck!

Lots of Debenhams stores have personal shoppers - why not pick a big store and ask to speak to the personal shopper and she if she can source them? The Personal Shopper in Bristol is a lady called Sharon and she is incredibly helpful. Might be worth a try?

Keep an eye on ebay, it could be that a lot of people bought them for xmas/new year and now they're skint they'll try and sell them. Or get something customised http://shop.ebay.co.uk/i.html?_trkparms=65%253A12%257C66%253A2%257C39%253A6%257C72%253A2471&_nkw=Black%20waterfall%20dress&_dmpt=Women_s_Clothing&_trksid=p3286.c0.m14&_pgn=4 That page has black ruffly type dresses, I bet it wouldn't take too much to style how you want? I've pasted tha link to the page as that page has a few sizes on it

Just phone up - this is what I did when I saw the bridesmaid dresses I wanted for DDs in the sale online but one of the ages I needed was out of stock. You can tell them which stores to check and they do it on their computer. I ended up being lucky; I had one delivered after ordering it and the other I was able to reserve and pick up from my local store.

My sister also did this when she got married with her bridesmaid dresses from Debenhams and had one of them sent up from the south coast up to where we are (Midlands.)

been on the phone all morning!
managed to reserve 2 dresses both size 12!

one is in a shop about 10 miles from me and the other is in northern england about 5 miles from my sister!:j
i wasnt sure what size to get my sister,i had though a 14 as shes due her 2nd baby in 3 weeks, shes normally a 10 but i didnt want to put her under pressure for the wedding but she wants the 12 said it will give her the incentive to shift the baby weight!

    thanks for your help ladies
