We've been around the semantics route numerous times and it's quite obvious that different people will continue to take different views.

You queried my logic in response to Ypaymore. I gave it to you in post #9. You ignore it and respond with an argument implying the meanings of words are of no consequence. Different views make life interesting. I know people who say the difference between liquid iron and liquid crystal is only semantic and not real.
Being on the Unlimited Weekend Plan, I decided long ago that I would just refer to calls which I can make for no charge (weekend calls of up to 60 minutes each to UK 01, 02, 03, 0845 and 0870 numbers) as inclusive calls.
A suboptimal decision. Those are chargeable calls. You should recollect the word "inclusive" was only used by BT in this context fairly recently. Whoever added it knew what they was doing and it was not intended to fit your definition.

Whether they're 'chargeable' but not charged because of the Plan I'm on or whatever I don't really care.
You haven't a clear idea what a chargeable call is, have you? The Plan you are on has nothing to do with it. Even The Man himself gets it wrong:

It's little things like that which make one question the integrity of the official information on a site such as this.

You haven't a clear idea what a chargeable call is, have you?

I don't think anyone will ever be able to sign off on the definition of a BT chargeable call! I just know that if I don't make six calls costing more than 0p each by the end of this month, my bill in early February will have that £7.50 charge for Caller Display yet again. I don't have the will to fight on: I'm going to pay the 60p or whatever it now is instead and opt for an easier life!

What is so hard to understand? "Chargeable" means capable of being charged or liable to be charged. BT set the price at 0p per minute so this is what you are charged.

You've posted about this before. There was no resolution then; I'm sorry to hear there has been none since. I have made no chargeable calls for the past three months and have had no low usage charge imposed.
