Barclaycard SAR advice

Recently sent off request for copies of all credit card statements off Barclays using the template on this sites main page.Although all copies of statements arrived quickly they did not send a copy of my CCA with this information,should i have applied separately for this?:confused:

    On the SAR it should have been accompanied by a reference number. Write back to them with it and state you also require a copy of the original agreement.

    The template letter on this site only appears to ask for a list of default charges (or a set of statements if that is all they can provide).

    It mentions nothing about the original agreement.
    They have provided you with what you asked for, unless you adapted the template letter to include a request for the original agreement.

    Did you use the one from this site or another or adapt yours? Did you keep a copy?

    You don't actually need the agreement to reclaim charges.

    Is there another reason you want it?

    What is the extra £1 for, do you mean £10?

    Extra pound is for CCA agreement,already paid ten for SAR but sent wrong letter (see earlier post) PS forgot to say thanks to anyone helping
