Whats the main difference between xbox arcade and normal?

i dont know much about xbox but am lookin to get one for my son. we were going to for an arcade and add a Hard drive later but i saw in tescos today a 130gb elite with 4 games, lego batman, pure, halo 3 and forza 3 for £199

i know i can get in game an arcade with lego and pure with an extra controller for 129.99 but is it worth the extra £70 for halo and forza and a 120gb drive?

It's a good deal; the Xbox 360 Elite is £199 on Amazon with no games.
