Help! Confused by free BT Charity Cards

in Credit cards
Hey. I'm new to all this posting comments thing so please excuse me if i'm not very clear.
I just applied for a Great Ormond Street Credit Card online through Martin's direct link on his free Balance Transfer Cards Table. I then looked at the charity card website and the GOSH card wasn't listed on there. I'm now wondering if i have to pay the balance transfer fee or not because it says it is free during an 'introductory period' but I don't know how long that period is. Also the Credit Cards on https://www.charitycard.com only have interest free periods on balance transfers for a max of 6 months whereas the GOSH one was 9 months. As you can tell I'm in a bit of a pickle so if anyone could help me i'd very much appreciate it.
Failing all that, does anyone know how I can cancel my application?
Thanks
Emma
