I wouldn't touch World of Books again whatever the offer. It is the hassle you get with the one's you have to pay for that annoyed me so much. Order books that don't turn up. Books you don't order do arrive when you've cancelled them and you never get to speak to a human being and the letters/emails bear no relation to the facts.
They have been featured for poor customer service on You and Yours radio 4 a while back and it's some time ago I swore never again so it is possible they've improved. I bet they haven't got a freephone complaints number though so you strill have to listen to their damned advertisments while you sort through the telephone options at YOUR expense.

Ihave to say that I had no probs with World Books. Had my intro offer, then got more books over the following year all at good prices and then cancelled and heard no more.

I did it on line too so you don't get the ed choice sent out to you, you just have to send them an e mail.
