The pictures are clearly just swiped off designers own sites, none showing 'their' work!

Not many of them do actually show their own work, so it's pot luck whether you will get a lovely dress or a shoddy piece of crap like the poor seller here.

I saw a Chinese seller on eBay, but they have a warehouse just 5 mins from me. (cheshireshowroom or something like that)

Decided to email them to ask a couple of questions, me being me - nosey lol!

I asked if they had most dresses in the warehouse to look at and I asked if the dresses were made in the UK.

The reply I had said that Yes, they did have dresses in the warehouse to look at, but only certain sizes, and even though I replied again and asked if they were made in the UK, I still didn't get an answer, so I'll take that as a 'we have them shipped over here then flog 'em to people who think we make them here'.

I should go along one day and have a look!

PMSL - i now have in my head an image of you, creeping Bond-Style, around a dark warehouse trying to capture a wedding dress smuggling ring!!! :rotfl: **Cue Mission Impossible Music**
Baldrick, does it have to be this way? Our valued friendship ending with me cutting you up into strips and telling the prince that you walked over a very sharp cattle grid in an extremely heavy hat?

No, it says open to the public, but I wonder why they wouldn't tell me if the dresses were made in the UK, ie, in the warehouse here.

If I ever do pass and go in, I'll let you all know what it's like (and take some sneaky pics too ;))

That website is made up of lots of different suppliers, underneath each item it tells you who supplies it

The sad thing is that 'dress' has got more bids than a second hand designer wedding dress I've tried to sell on ebay before!
