To be fair to the OP nobody even answered his question, just gave their own unrelated (to the specific question asked) opinions and judgements. None of which were the legal obligations and rights the OP was asking for. I seem to recall that I received one of these DVDs a while ago. If I remember correctly the DVD was not the full version and only had 15 minutes or so of action. The literature that came with it did not say that the DVD was to be returned if it wasn't wanted, and I think it was really only a sample and yours to do what you want with.
Is your DVD of a similar type?
