"My mention of selling the DVD on eBay was "tongue-in-cheek". I doubt if it would be worth bothering with."

My comment was aimed at the OP sorry. 1st post "(I cannot be bothered to go to the hassle of sending the darned thing back and I'll sell it on eBay if that is legal!)"
Everyones opinion is the most important.....no wonder nothing is ever agreed on.

I was just pointing out that the OP had already covered the "ebay" thing later in the thread.

Sorry but I doubt it was tongue in cheek like the OP stated untill it was brought up. The whole thread seems to be the OP finding out if its legal to profit of a mistake, but who knows.

To be fair to the OP nobody even answered his question, just gave their own unrelated (to the specific question asked) opinions and judgements. None of which were the legal obligations and rights the OP was asking for. Not getting the answer you want is one thing but not getting answers to the question at all and just digs at the OP is quite understandably frustrating for them.

LOL fair do, I just thought it was the norm for this forum.

  • I seem to recall that I received one of these DVDs a while ago. If I remember correctly the DVD was not the full version and only had 15 minutes or so of action. The literature that came with it did not say that the DVD was to be returned if it wasn't wanted, and I think it was really only a sample and yours to do what you want with.

Is your DVD of a similar type?
