ParcelBee - never ever again

  • You can ask what you like (of Ebay customers) but in my opinion, they do what they like anyway :)

Irrespective of your customer, the contract is between you and parcelbee. If the item has arrived damaged, you tell the 'agent' within a 'reasonable time' and it must be dealt with.
  • Hi Snow
You got noone to blame but yourself if you had read their terms and conditions you would see the package has to be signed for as damaged. Rules are rules and yes accidents do happen.
    Regards a satisfied customer.
  • Looks like Parcelbee have done a runner anyway. They are a company that operates out of a house in Essex. From what I understand they get a contract with a courier and sell on at very low rates and when the courier company cuts them off for non payment they move to another one.
So far it seems they have left UPS, Parcelforce and now DHL as far as I can see. The phone number they give is a con to get you to hang onto the phone while they get paid for every minute you are on the phone.
I have sent some parcels with them and have been fine, but smelled a rat yesterday when I got my label but no driver turned up. Luckily I have the drivers number so he came and collected it and later told me that this company had had its credit stopped by DHL yesterday.
So watch out anyone who is using them as they will take the money and leave you high and dry.
