Things to do in London with a toddler

Going to London the first weekend in Feb for four days with my little girl. She will be 15 months then. Any ideas for cheap/free things to do? Ive been to London a lot but never with a child!
Will probably go to the Zoo as she hasnt been to one before. Ive done the Aquarium and thought it was pretty rubbish for what it costs so wont be going back there.
Will be taking her to see the ducks in hyde park but cant think of much else!
Thanks,
Emma

The museums in London are all free. The Science museum and Natural history both have really good sections for little ones and are really close together. My DD has always loved both.0

I don't know about you but our daughter is facinated by animals so we took her to London Zoo a couple of weeks ago, having the indoor areas gave us time to warm back up! I thought it was a bit expensive though, as it really only filled half a day. If you you go first thing Sunday, you can park on the road outside the door for £1 per hour and its outside the congestion zone (the zoo is really quite then too!)
Very close to the entrance to the zoo in Regents park is an excellent play park.
I can second the Museums too, they are very interactive and warm and dry!
St James's Park has a lot of duck/swans and Pelicans! It has a good playground too.
Have a nice time!0 -

I honestly think that St James's Park is a far nicer setting and you get to see more ducks as the park and pond are smaller.
The pelicans are fed fish each day at 2.30pm
Check to see when the guards are changing at Buck House close by. However, it's usually at 11.30am so it may be difficult to combine the two - perhaps possible with lunch nearby.Warning ..... I'm a peri-menopausal axe-wielding maniac

One of our favourites for adults and children alike is the Museum of Childhood - relive your childhood toy memories , temporary exhibitions and loads of hands on stuff for littluns - dressing up, sand pit, games, books, sensory area, arts and crafts for all ages, juke box, doll houses, kitchen area, soft play for younger ones. It's always been one of our favourites - Bethnall Green Tube. All for free

Another fab one is Discover (Stratford tube) again with loads of interactive stuff
What's good about these two is there are always less crowded than the major museums

admission is paying here but 4.50 for 1 adult with 1 child.0 -
Thanks for all the suggestions so far!
